Axon Stroke and Spine Center is proud to celebrate achieving a zero EVD (External Ventricular Drain) infection rate, with 13 EVD placements successfully managed within a month without a single infection.

This milestone reflects the gradual and sustained reduction in EVD-related infections through the consistent implementation of EVD bundles of care, infection prevention and control (IPC) practices, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
